Lead HR Team Manager, up to c£70,000, plus excellent benefits, Manchester, Permanent
Our client is a large international organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and change. As they continue to evolve their people operations, they are looking to strengthen their team with a Lead HR Team Manager, to oversee and enhance their HR case management function.
This is a brand new role which reports into the Head of Employment Policy and will be responsible for leading a large team to deliver high-quality, end-to-end HR case management support for line managers across the entire business. A key part of the role will be to lead the transformation agenda within the business area, driving continuous improvement and automation across the function ensuring that all opportunities to simplify policies, systems and ways of working are identified. A strong Business Partner, you will work with key stakeholders across the business to enhance line manager capability through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
You will be an experienced people leader with a strong background in employee relations and employment law and with a passion for delivering excellent advisory support. You will have a track record of coaching teams, managing complex cases, and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement will be essential to success in this role.
