Contract: Permanent Closing date: Friday 24th January Recruitment Partner: Katrina Wuk This role is based in Nottingham Support Office, 5 days per week, reporting to the Commercial Development Manager. About the role The clinical trials unit sits within the Healthcare Development and Public Affairs team as part of the broader Healthcare Business Unit. You will be led by and work closely with the Commercial Development Team, as well as other key cross functional teams. You’ll get to work with, support, and learn from various functions across the business including our Superintendent Pharmacist’s Office, Legal Team,, Insurable Risk, Data Protection Team and Operations teams, as well as liaising with and supporting relationships with our external suppliers. You will be accountable for: • Support in contract drafting and coordination across internal business and legal stakeholders • Supports documentation protocols for the credentialing and training of the Clinical Trials Unit and team members delivering trial conduct per protocol • Facilitates meetings and co-ordinates minutes with internal and external stakeholders • Supports internal and external audit execution • Assist regulatory/compliance staff in the maintenance of regulatory documents in accordance with Boots SOPs and applicable Life Sciences regulations. • Support set up of new vendor accounts.
