STARS Supervisor ensures the safety and protection of our customer’s people, property, and information always, in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. STARS Supervisor are the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises. Learn more about the Security Trained Assistance and Reception Services (STARS) Programme here: https://www.securitas.uk.com/services/on-site/stars/ - Daily management of 40 staff members - Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner - Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience - Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same - Ensure the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard - Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great and safe place to visit and work - Assist in emergency situations - Provide timely and accurate information - Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities - Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.) - Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values, brand identity and culture of both Essential criteria: - Proven leadership experience - Operational experience (Leading Teams) - Organisation and planning skills - Rostering experience of varying shift patterns - Audit & compliance - Leading 1-2-1's - Ability to build a sustainable team - Exceptional Customer service skills - Experience in customer service/customer facing role - Flexible, professional attitude - Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service - Adept at working under pressure - Outstanding communication skills both written and oral - Proactive, discreet and motivated - Extremely well presented - Ability to work alone and as part of a team - Self-aware and motivated - IT/computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including outlook and office - 5 year check-able work history - UK National - No Dual Nationality - SC Clearance (Will assist to gain) Desirable - Time gate or different rostering systems experience - Leadership experience/qualifications
