Emotional Health and Wellbeing (EHWB), a service with CANW, offers therapeutic interventions and support to children, young people and their families. The role involves the delivery of one to one evidence based interventions to children aged between the ages of 5 and 18 years (25 SEND), where required offering evidence based interventions to support the family. The role requires experience of working therapeutically with children or young people, experience of safeguarding these groups, completing assessments and outcome monitoring to enable individuals to reach their potential. This support is offered within schools, community venues or via digital or remote platforms, and is based on the needs of the child/young person or family. Successful candidates will be expected to offer support between 9am and 5pm with some expectation to offer flexible working to meet the needs of the individual or service; offering occasional evening or weekend hours.
