Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the Transformation Team, as a Transformation Lead. The role is to manage a range of Cancer and Oncology Transformation projects across the Trust and wider health and social care system across North East Essex and Ipswich and East Suffolk. There is a post available leading on the Oncology Day Units. You will lead transformation projects as part of the wider transformation team across both Colchester and Ipswich hospital sites and report through Programme Boards and the Operational Delivery Group and the Onc/Haem CDG working collaboratively with Trust and system-wide colleagues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team to deliver improvement and change within the largest acute NHS organisation within the Midlands and East region. For this post you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood manner. This post will be across Colchester and Ipswich Hospitals. Main duties of the job Lead specific Trust-wide change projects, ensuring outcomes are aligned with organisational strategic and operational requirements and deliver the benefits of transformation. Work collaboratively across the Trust, locally and nationally as appropriate to support the co-production and delivery of cross-organisational change programmes and quality improvements initiatives. Promote and support a culture of quality improvement within the Trust, building a community of practice of frontline staff with improvement skills and expertise.
