About the Role
Assist with the delivery and distribution of stock and equipment.
Ensure efficient and safe storage of goods and equipment.
Supervise catering areas set-up and break-down.
General stock movement - beverages, frozen, and dry goods.
Ensure cellars and bars are clean and in optimal condition.
Support with event day set-up and clear down of multiple areas and facilities.
Assist in monthly stock take.
Aid with the set-up of the full cellar operation including kef movement, gas supply, and product merchandising.
Comply with the Club uniform policy and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Essential SkillsEssential Skills
Comfortable to walk and stand during the shift and carry out frequent manual handling tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.
Respect for Health and Safety procedures
Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
Basic numeracy skills – ability to count and record various items of stock in large quantities
Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
Ability to organise your time and workload
Due to the nature of event days, weekend and evening work will be required.Desired Skills
Previous experience in a similar stock management role or warehouse/bar environment
Basic COSHH qualification/knowledge.
Basic Food Hygiene knowledge including Food Hygiene Level 2
