Position:
Based at our site in Newry, a full-time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Sales Team for an ambitious Internal Sales Representative. The primary focus is on driving sales and ensuring the highest levels of customer service in an efficient manner. The position will be day shift, Monday to Friday. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business.
Scope:
The Internal Sales Representative will:
1. Achieve sales, margin, and quotation targets
2. Support the external sales team to increase conversion rates
3. Provide advice and assistance to customers to the best of their ability
4. Exceed customer expectations and build lasting partnerships
What do you need to be successful?
1. Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service
2. Target-driven with a genuine passion for the customer
3. Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
4. Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
5. Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
