Main duties of the job Working as member of the clinical pharmacy team providing a safe and effective service to a variety of patients. The role is 80% ward based, patient facing. Taking an up to date accurate medication history for all patients, working with the multidisciplinary team to resolve queries. Ordering patients own medication ensuring sufficient supplies are available. You will be a Pharmacy representative delivering a core service, answering Pharmacy related questions or referring to the most appropriate colleague within the team. Accuracy end checkers will support the dispensary work flow with a daily end checking slot.
