Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage statutory audits for large companies, ensuring that deadlines are met, and procedures are adhered to with the highest quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, handling queries, offering advice, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Review VAT returns and draft accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, providing management accounts where required. Lead and mentor junior team members, nurturing their development and providing guidance to help them grow in their careers. Work closely with senior management and other teams to ensure a smooth workflow, maintaining a collaborative approach in delivering client solutions. About You: You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll have strong technical expertise in auditing and client management, alongside exceptional interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
