This role is a new role created to oversee all the digital platforms for the new brand and the ongoing flagship brand. The Ecommerce and CRM Manager will oversee the strategy ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for their customers. This role involves managing the ecommerce flows on Magento 2 as well as implementing effective CRM campaigns to optimise customer retention and engagement. Responsibilities: Oversee the e-commerce platform (Magento 2) for multiple brands, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless user experience Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer retention Manage CRM systems and execute campaigns to create personalised customer touchpoints Analyse customer data across brands to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance and online merchandising Measure performance using key metrics and implement data-driven improvements Stay informed about digital trends, tools, and industry best practices to support multiple brand strategies Ideal Experience Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager with a track record of increasing online sales and improving customer retention Experience of working with Magento 2 Experience of using Klaviyo or similar CRM systems Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure key metrics Experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus
