Marketing & Bids Coordinator
London I Permanent I £35,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
Our client is an award-winning architectural practice with studios in London, Leeds, and Manchester, renowned for creating impactful, people-centred architecture that shapes the future of the built environment.
The London studio, located in the vibrant hub of Camden Town, is seeking a Marketing and Bids Coordinator to play a key role in the firm’s marketing, business development, and bid processes. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to shape the firm's brand, support new business initiatives, and collaborate closely with directors to drive growth.
This role offers excellent career progression, with the potential to expand the marketing team and step into a leadership role within a few years.

Key Responsibilities
Bid Coordination
* Monitor tender trackers for new business opportunities.
* Prepare and submit EOIs, SQs, and ITTs, working closely with senior staff.
* Maintain a bid content library and conduct post-bid reviews to improve future submissions.
Marketing & Branding
* Develop brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
* Manage digital content strategy across social media, the website, and newsletters.
* Oversee award submissions and press releases.
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Business Development & Communications
* Track CRM data, manage client relationships, and analyse campaign performance.
* Organise events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
* Lead internal communication strategies and update the company intranet.
Key Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience (open to more experienced candidates) in marketing & marketing collateral, ideally within architecture, construction, or design.
* Experience in bid coordination and management.
* Strong writing & proofreading skills – ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop (essential).
* Highly organised, creative, and proactive, with an eye for detail.
