We have a vacancy for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy - raising awareness of our products and services, acquiring new audiences, generating demand, nurturing leads and enhancing our brand presence. The Role You will work closely with the internal and external partners to gain insight into customer behaviours, identify trends. Drive an increase in revenue, as well as meet customer acquisition targets. Manage the end-to-end campaign planning process and implementation, working with key departments to ensure alignment across brand and commercial objectives. Taking responsibility for delivering the campaign within budget, providing accurate forecasts and feeding into the budget setting process accurately, whilst ensuring best possible ROI on marketing spend Design and lead initiatives to acquire new customers through targeted integrated marketing campaigns, using digital and traditional channels. Drive demand generation efforts, creating compelling campaigns that attract and convert leads into customers, and increase the volume of inbound enquiries. Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage prospects through the sales funnel, using content personalised outreach. Writing copy and proofreading for promotional activity using the correct TOV adapted to the relevant persona and also developing high-quality content including blog posts, ebooks and reports, case studies, and multimedia content. Help to plan and deliver event marketing strategies, including webinars, seminars, and industry events, to promote our programmes and engage with our audience. Identify and lead partnerships for paid content opportunities to expand our reach and visibility. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise and improve results. Ensure marketing communications are joined up across channels and that the customer journey is seamless by working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, comms, research, external partners and design to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. Introduce new technologies and tools that nurture customers' needs, purpose and value and maximise the opportunities that arise from this data, devising bespoke marketing campaigns to these customer groups. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with a consistent record in digital and offline marketing and adept at handling multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously. Degree educated Proven track record of implementing successful segmented promotional campaigns. Excellent knowledge of best practice across promotional channels. Highly analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert into actionable insight. Working knowledge of current marketing technologies to maximum effectiveness both from a lead generation and also a customer service perspective. Proven use and understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques.
