HOURS: Full time
LOCATION(S): London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax and Leeds
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this opportunity
Would you like to work in an award-winning Group Corporate Affairs (GCA) function? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working on sustainability communications.
Our purpose in Corporate Affairs is to secure Lloyds Banking Group's reputation as the bank that helps Britain prosper. The Reputation and Community Engagement team leads on reputation strategies for the function, delivering creative campaigns with impact.
As a manager in the Strategy & Campaigns team, you'll be responsible for shaping strategy and developing creative campaigns designed to improve the Group's reputation. This role supports our Group sustainability campaigns, so we'll need you to have strong technical knowledge and subject matter expertise.
You'll need to partner with Group Corporate Affairs colleagues, the business and agency partners to design and deliver campaigns that resonate with key audiences and enhance our leaders' credibility. The work you'll do needs to be creative, impactful and evidence based.
A key part of the role will involve bringing to life the role that sustainability plays in our wider strategic transformation for our colleagues. You'll also need to shape and, in some cases, direct design teams to develop impactful campaign materials that cut through with our key audiences.
The location for the role will be Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, Leeds or London. We'll need you to be in one of our hubs at least two days per week. There will also be some travel required between our key GCA hubs.
About us
We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good. We're focusing on the future, investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone. Including you.

The key skills we're looking for are:
* Experience of developing and delivering impactful communications campaigns across key group channels.
* An understanding of how to measure and protect reputation.
* Experience of delivering strategies to improve reputation.
* Strong technical knowledge of sustainability, including its communications challenges and opportunities.
* Expertise in using data and insight to shape external and internal communications.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
