We are looking for an Observability Analyst to join our Digital Technology team based at Trinity or Westwood.
Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Roll out the Observability Platform: Contribute to the roll-out of the E.ON UK observability platform, ensuring the delivery of activities driven by a roadmap prioritized on business and strategic needs.
2. Be an Ambassador: Promote the benefits of the platform and drive its adoption across the organization.
3. Enable and Deploy Observability: Enable and deploy observability across AWS and Azure-based cloud components.
4. Leverage the Platform: Create dashboards and configure alerts to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Align Business Priorities: Participate in planning cycles to ensure the platform's strategic alignment.
6. Deliver Innovative Capabilities: Contribute to the implementation and delivery of innovative observability capabilities.
7. Ensure Scalability and Security: Help implement the platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, governance, and compliance.
8. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Contribute to technical discussions and requirements analysis to ensure value-driven implementation.
9. Flat Hierarchy: Work within a flat hierarchy fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
10. Continuous Learning: Build your skills and knowledge through a personal development plan supported by coaching, mentorship, training, and conferences.
What we need from you:
1. Technical Experience: 3 years of experience in a technical role, ideally in an integration-type environment.
2. Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS, Azure, Product, DevOps, and CI/CD.
3. International Exposure: Experience working in an international environment.
