Contract type ? Full time. Part time of 4 days a week will be considered.
We are looking for a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to support children with ADHD, ASC, SEMH and speech, language and communication difficulties. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and delivering tailored interventions to help children develop their communication and language skills, enabling them to thrive in their learning environment.
What you?ll be doing:
Supporting the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young pupils with a range of needs Speech and Language Communication Needs (SLCN) and complex needs associated with additional learning needs.
Manage your own caseload and work flexibly, providing therapy services to children and young pupils according to clinical need and in close liaison with the highly specialist clinical team covering both schools.
participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, staff meetings, supervision, training and annual appraisals.
Working in collaboration with other Speech and Language Therapists and clinical team colleagues you will support the development of Speech and Language Therapy services across Kedleston Group.
Clinical supervision will be provided by internal Senior Speech and Language Therapists or funded externally.
What we?re looking for:
Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).
UK HCPC Registration, and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
successful post registration practice and experience with young people (ideally experience of working with children with SEN needs

Who are we?
Opened in 2008, Arc School Napton offer primary provision in a small school setting within the lovely Warwickshire countryside. Learning by stage, not age, our pupils are placed in classes that will allow them to effectively access learning which is delivered in the most appropriate way for their needs. Pupils of all primary ages are welcome and we have an area of the school set up for those pupils in the EYFS or KS1 age groups, this is staffed with adults who have extensive experience supporting pupils in the younger age ranges.
