Group Sustainability Data Systems Manager
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
The Group Sustainability Data Systems Manager will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of data systems & software which support sustainability reporting and analysis for both internal and regulatory reporting.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...
1. Project managing the implementation phase of a new Group-wide Sustainability software and ensuring the smooth transition from the current to the new provider, while ensuring the change is appropriately communicated across the Group.
2. Ensuring systems are efficient, up-to-date and align with Group Data Strategy.
3. Contract and supplier relationship management of the Group Sustainability software.
4. Ensuring the timely and accurate provision of data for the 3rd party audit of relevant non-financial disclosures.
5. Maintaining sustainability data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, analysing data to identify trends and insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Your previous experience is likely to include...
1. System implementation and maintenance.
2. Project management, including project experience implementing Software as a Service solutions across a large international organisation.
3. Developing and/or deploying data collection systems and visualisation dashboards.
4. Working with Sustainability (ESG) reporting/auditing.
5. A familiarity with international regulatory report standards and frameworks, such as TCFD, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SASB, CDP, and SBTi.
6. People management and supplier relationship/contract management.

3. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, PowerBI and PowerApps.
4. Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities and able to build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts.
5. Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation and implementation.
6. Be confident with data analysis and meeting regulatory reporting requirements.
7. Be able to work strategically and possess high attention to detail.
