Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to recruit a Project and Commissioning Manager on a secondment or fixed term basis for 12 months to support the relocation and accreditation of the Sexual Assault Referral Centre and service in Ceredigion. This post is an exciting role which will provide support to the Sexual Health and Capital Planning Team, Project Director and operational managers to ensure that the preparation for service moves associated with the project phases are planned. Successful candidates should have a proactive approach to solving problems and also have effective communications skills and be able to build good working relationships. Proven experience at managerial level and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team are also essential. Applicants should be educated to post graduate degree level or equivalent experience and have project management experience. Interviews will be held in person at St David's Park, Carmarthen and the successful candidate will be expected to work from the Carmarthen office and will need to travel to Aberystwyth on a regular basis.
