A prestigious consultancy is seeking a Corporate Intelligence Analyst to join its London-based team. The role involves in-depth investigative research, analysis of geopolitical risks, and reputational due diligence across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed investigative research using open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools and methodologies.
* Analyse political, financial, and reputational risks impacting corporate entities and transactions.
* Assess complex corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and money laundering red flags.
* Produce high-quality, structured intelligence reports for clients.
* Support due diligence efforts ahead of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 1–2 years of experience in corporate intelligence, geopolitical risk, or reputational due diligence.
* Strong research skills with the ability to interpret and synthesise complex data.
* Exceptional analytical and written communication skills.
* Ability to work with discretion on sensitive matters.
Language Expertise (Mandatory):
* Fluency in Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic – ability to conduct research, translate, and analyse information in one of these languages.
Desirable Experience:
* Exposure to investigative services such as asset tracing and litigation support.
* Familiarity with third-party risk management and ESG due diligence.
* Understanding of business risks in APAC, MENA, or CIS regions.
