Role Overview:
As a Workshop Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing workshop jobs and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow operations. You will be responsible for job coordination, data management, communication, and overall office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, organise, and maintain workshop documents, spreadsheets, and files.
2. Coordinate incoming and outgoing jobs, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Assist in preparing quotations and purchase orders.
4. Manage database entries and ensure accurate records.
5. Oversee goods in and out, ensuring proper identification and storage.
6. Communicate with sites and customers regarding deliveries and job status.
7. General office administration, including managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety procedures.
Salary Package:
Pro Rata Salary: £25,000-£30,000
25 hour work week
Based in Stroud, near Gloucester
