The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new Marketing Executive
We're looking for someone passionate, bold, kind and an excellent team player to join our award-winning marketing team! We're a high performing team of five and we'd love for someone with a strong drive and excitement to succeed to join us in our vision to share how innovative technology improves and saves lives.
This is a varied role that you can truly make your own, where you can have your voice heard and be part of every channel when it comes to the marketing mix. Brand exposure, target opportunity generation and communicating our unique selling points are all part of our priorities at Radar Healthcare, so you’ll need to be creative, adaptable, think outside of the box, and understand how a message can make us stand out from the crowd while focusing on the right opportunities to bring into the business.
What you’ll be doing to make a difference:
* Utilising a multi-channel approach to deliver messaging via email, blog, PR, advertising, podcast recordings, social media, direct mail, events, webinars and more.
* Targeting the right opportunities by creating story-telling style messaging which focus on the right message and buy-in for the relevant stakeholders.
* Creating compelling creative design assets to supplement targeted activity.
* Reporting on marketing research, competitor and industry news - develop this into the marketing plan and communicate to the relevant stakeholders across the business, internal and external.
* Supporting the Marketing team to achieve our monthly target opportunities and to deliver key strategic plans.
* Creating monthly report activity - including ROI across channels.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to plan opportunities for the campaign activity prior to plans being finalised and utilising relevant digital channels for the activity and target market.
* Working with our Brand & Communications Manager to develop customer-focused content and take a lead on our social media channels to ensure we're utilising these for maximum exposure to the right audience.
* Assisting the Brand & Communications Manager in collaborating with internal stakeholders to support internal, product, and customer communications.
* Supporting the Brand & Communications Manager with our podcast schedule, content, and distribution.
* Collaborating with the Events Manager to support the marketing activity pre, during and post-event.
Your journey so far...
* 2+ years proven experience in a similar role in a B2B environment.
* A quick learner, with attention to detail at all levels and aptitude for creative thinking.
* Strong organisation, creative, communication and writing skills.
* Experience overseeing and managing multiple projects at any one time.
* Experience briefing and working closely with external agencies.
* Experience using marketing and sales tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Social Media advertising, Canva, email automation and CRMs.
* The ability to incorporate ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline content creation processes and boost productivity.
* Comfortable speaking to and engaging with stakeholders at different levels across the business, ensuring effective communication and alignment of content strategies with organisational goals.
* Willing to travel and attend events when required.
