Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor
Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire (with the potential to work from home 2 days per week)
Reporting to: Department Director and HR
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Holidays: 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, dependent upon experience

The Role
We are seeking an experienced fee earner to join our clients thriving Wills and Probate department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling a variety of private client cases from start to finish, with an opportunity for significant career progression.
This role involves managing a mixed caseload of Wills and Probate matters, while also overseeing work allocation within the department and assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members. Key responsibilities will include:
* Drafting and advising on Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney
* Handling Court of Protection cases
* Trusts and Estate Planning
* Providing advice on Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
Requirements
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Wills and Probate cases independently
2. IT literate, with experience using case management systems
3. Strong interpersonal and client care skills
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
5. Willingness to participate in business development initiatives
