Commercial Sales Consultant opportunity
Salary - £20,000 with uncapped OTE of £44,000
Hours - 45 hours per week, worked over 5 days: 4 weekdays and a Saturday on one fixed shift pattern.
Opening hours - Mon to Fri - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, Saturday - 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Currently, we have a rare and exciting opportunity available. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our well-established team at our Vanbase Store.

What will you be doing?
1. Create a warm and welcoming sales experience for our customers, assisting them in navigating vehicle choices and product offerings.
2. Convert test drives and walk-ins into successful purchases, consistently achieving personal and store-level sales and profit targets.
3. Stay informed about our ever-evolving product range and services to confidently guide customers through their options.
4. Work closely alongside your Business Manager to elevate the value of every transaction, fostering collaboration and receiving continual support as you advance towards excellence.
What do you need?
1. Possession of a full, valid UK Driving Licence is a fundamental requirement.
2. This role would particularly suit individuals from hospitality or retail backgrounds, looking to take the next step in their career, provided they possess a strong drive for success and a commitment to meeting individual and team sales targets.
3. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
