* Monday to Wednesday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
* Thursday & Friday: 8:00AM - 3:30PM
* Pay Rate: £12.87 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support Bosch Rexroth's production and operations by ensuring the availability of cutting tools, spare parts, and consumables. As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will play a key role in maintaining stock levels, processing orders, and liaising with suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management: Maintain appropriate stock levels within the onsite vending system, ensuring they align with project and operational requirements.
Order Processing: Handle quotation and order requests promptly and accurately.
Supplier Coordination: Purchase stock from suppliers, track progress, and provide delivery updates to maintain accuracy.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Bosch's account manager, internal teams, and supplier sales managers.
Data & Reporting: Use Excel to generate usage reports, spreadsheets, and stock tracking records upon request.
Ad Hoc Requests: Source and quote additional items as needed, in line with account agreements.
Regrind & Call-off Orders: Manage stock levels based on customer demand.
Vending System Maintenance: Set up, amend, and replenish stock in the onsite vending machines as required.
Regular Communication: Provide updates to the National Key Account Manager in daily/weekly online meetings.
What We're Looking For:
IT Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based programs.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise workload effectively to meet targets.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage stock levels accurately and ensure smooth procurement processes.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
