What youll do:
As an Associate Director - Tax Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading operations within the jurisdiction in line with existing requirements, while identifying and implementing new services and revenue streams. You will be responsible for providing the business with relevant local tax trends. Your day-to-day duties will include developing and delivering the client service strategy to existing clients and into the wider marketplace, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
* Build, lead and manage a strong, engaged and growing Tax Services team
* Be accountable for the jurisdictional P&L for the Tax Services team
* Assist in the development of a jurisdictional growth strategy for our UK Tax Services team
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify, pursue and deliver new services and operating models
* Work closely with Business Development and Marketing teams to position the company as an industry leader
* Ensure effective use of client relationship management systems and processes to maximise client satisfaction
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Associate Director - Tax Services role will bring proven experience in leading a Tax Services team, along with a strong understanding of jurisdictional P&L. You should have experience in developing growth strategies for a Tax Services team, as well as working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Your knowledge of local tax trends will be crucial in providing the business with relevant information.
