BHSF is currently looking for an individual to be part of the Clinical Operations team, providing a service of excellence on behalf of BHSF Occupational Health. Assisting and contributing with the operational effectiveness of the department. Undertaking a dual role aiming to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Planning Manager with the diary management of all BHSF clinicians and providing support to internal and external users of the OH IT system.
Key Responsibilities
* Day to day management of shared inboxes, team queries and clinicians' diaries and booking clinics across all regions with the Clinical Planning Manager.
* Provide weekly updates to the Clinical Planning Manager regarding utilisation of all regions.
* Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc management information reports.
* To escalate customer queries to Account Managers or the Operations Manager as appropriate.
* To ensure customer requirements specified in SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to.
* Work to various deadlines such as reporting and clinical set up.
* To liaise with the Clinical Planning Manager, Clinical Lead and OH Managers to ensure clinical resources are utilised effectively.
* Ensure new customer contracts are implemented from a planning and resources perspective
Knowledge and Experience:
* 3 years' experience in administration
