Goaco is a Digital Transformation and Cyber Security Consultancy and we’re looking to build a team to continue solving problems using software and technology for our clients. As a Client Partner, your role would be to engage and develop the clients by defining, optimising, and delivering complex Digital and Cyber Security programmes.
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth and provide strategic expertise across various technology programs. In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging your network to grow both new and existing business. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions will be key to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing business development strategies and growth across the UK region, with experience managing public and private accounts.
2. Being a strategic partner with new and existing clients aligning to one of our core services: digital delivery, managed services, software development, cyber security and cloud.
3. Collaborating closely with Delivery teams and being accountable for the delivery to clients.
4. Working closely with SMEs on various programmes across the portfolio.
5. Managing and contributing to internal initiatives, e.g., a marketing strategy and embedding within our business development/sales pipeline.
6. Working closely with the Bid management team, aiding with bids/tenders.
7. Developing B2B leads, starting from enquiries into acquisition, utilising multiple channels and building partnerships.
8. Building and promoting our brand, services, solutions, and capabilities – across multiple industries within public and private sectors.
9. Occasional travel to attend or arrange local/national/international events and round tables.
10. Establishing and maintaining current client relationships by responding to client requests and managing/resolving client issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. At least 5 years of hands-on client management experience.
2. Experience working within the public sector is highly desirable.
3. Experience in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
