AY Recruitment are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to lead their clients engine parts export business. This role requires a results-driven professional who will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of engine parts, international trade regulations and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand the company’s market share
o Conduct market research to identify potential international markets, trends, and customer needs
o Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
2. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
o Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals
3. Market Development:
o Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets and develop strategies to penetrate them
o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and international events to promote the company's products
o Monitor competitor activities and market trends to remain competitive
4. Compliance and Logistics:
o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements
o Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
o Manage payment terms and oversee risk mitigation strategies for international transactions
