GBR Recruitment Ltd, are working exclusively with a leading Steel Construction & Civils company, who deliver bespoke full turn key solutions to various end using clients, recruiting for an experienced Works Administrator / Works Coordinator.
This role would suit someone from some form of Construction or Engineering business background, such as Steel Structures, Civils & Groundworks, Metal Fabrication, Building Engineering, Building Surveying or similar services.
The client will also consider applications from those individuals outside of the above sectors, if you are a strong administrator / coordinator with strong Excel & CRM skills.
In this key role you will be responsible for gaining construction / highway sites access & obtaining work permits.
You will also upload & control key documents such as client specific build packs, specific site information, RAMS, PO's, site evidence photographs & other key information.
Duties:
* Collating, communicating & logging key client / site information, for the support of small works construction sites.
* Daily use of Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as other bespoke internal & external portals to log & communicate key information.
* Effectively managing a busy inbox ensuring site access priorities are met at all times, in order to ensure there are no hold ups in starting works required in order to meet set project targets / timescales.
