Job Description:
Central are excited to be partnering with a multi-national manufacturing business serving the construction market as they strengthen their team across the UK.
The organisation has excellent brand recognition across the industry and works across a number of consumer and business-to-business areas. This role will manage specification customers across the West of the UK including Wales and would suit an individual with a desire to progress in a relationship-driven and structured sales environment.
Customers range from architects and specifiers to the public sector and hospitality; adaptability is key.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Management of a portfolio of approximately 50 customers across sectors
2. Engagement with all key stakeholders to maximise opportunities for growth
3. Maximising customer-facing time and being proactive in making this happen
4. Collaboration with the wider team and other disciplines within the business to maximise business strategy success
Your knowledge and capability:
1. Solution selling and long-term relationship management
2. Knowledgeable in design, specification, and construction sectors
3. Familiarity with industry standards within construction
4. Strong communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
