A growing SME business has approached CMA exclusively for support in recruiting an Interim Financial Controller for an initial period of 3 months.
This position will report to the Managing Director and support the organisation whilst the business considers a long-term hire.
What will the Interim Financial Controller role involve?
* Review monthly reporting processes and suggest/implement improvements.
* Review finance team and recommend future requirements.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
* Budgeting and forecasting, analysing business performance.
Suitable Candidate for the Interim Financial Controller vacancy:
* Candidates will ideally be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified and have worked within an SME business covering a well-rounded finance role. Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
* Prior team management experience is essential.
* Strong communication skills to partner with a range of non-finance stakeholders across the business.
