We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to come in and provide support to our Telemarketers, who are responsible for proactively contact SME businesses across the country to book demonstrations for our Sales Team to sell our business phone systems.
As an Outbound Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for coaching, mentoring and motivating members of the telemarketing team on a day-to-day basis to ensure the sales diaries are filled to at least 90% capacity with qualified appointments on a weekly basis.

* Able to coach and mentor telemarketers to perform and excel in their role.
What would I be doing as an Outbound Sales Manager at 4Com?
* Ensuring that the telemarketing environment is always positive and fun, reporting issues which may affect morale or performance
* Assist with daily meetings to motivate and deliver clear focus and direction whilst bringing fresh ideas to maintain morale and maximise productivity
* Ensuring inductees are assessed on both practical performance and theoretical knowledge before progressing them to integration into a team, and then guiding them until they pass probation
* Listening to live calls and assisting the Telemarketers with closing as required.
* Identifying training deficiencies and other problem areas in Telemarketers who are not meeting their individual targets
* Monitoring data levels to ensure the department has sufficient data to enable it to hit the required targets.
* Conducting appraisals (formal/informal), probations, disciplinary, inductions etc. as required, always ensuring a high standard of professionalism within the team
