Overview
This role will be in delivery of building surveying services, client care and liaison in accordance with the RICS code of practice, current legislation and operations manuals produced by the company.
It will require working with a level of autonomy as well as being part of a team environment. This includes close interaction and collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders, to serve the interests of our mutual clients.
The Building Surveying Department undertakes a wide variety of work including, but not limited to, contract administration & development monitoring, capital expenditure plans, drafting and overseeing licences for alterations, defect diagnosis, residential building surveys, defect diagnosis, schedules of condition and dilapidations, and party wall awards.

Previous Building Surveying / Project Management experience
Chartered. part qual or QBE considered
Ability to commute in to London
