Role: Are you a dedicated and compassionate veterinary surgeon with a passion for animal care? Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their thriving veterinary practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics
* Perform a range of surgical procedures
* Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Ensure exceptional client communication and education
Team: They are a clinical team of 5 FT vets, 3 experienced RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 3 Veterinary Care Assistants. The customers have a dedicated team of 4 receptionists and their very experienced Customer Care Manager who keeps the practice in touch with its customers and their pets.
Hours:
* Work-life balance with a 4-day week and one early finish a week.
* A 1 in 3 Saturday Rota with a 4 PM finish time.
* No out of hours work.
Duties and Support:
* Access to continuing education and specialization opportunities with a generous up to £2000 CPD budget, with time off to complete it.
* Standard 20-minute appointment slots.
* Performing cutting-edge surgical and medical procedures.
* Crafting individualized treatment plans for diverse patients.
* Enriching the client experience through excellent communication.
* Mentoring and inspiring enthusiastic support staff.
Skills/Experience:
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
* 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in surgery.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a flair for innovation.
* Passionate about providing top-notch care and support.
* Must thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
* A commitment to continued learning and professional growth.
Salary Ranges: They are offering a competitive salary dependent on experience, up to £70,000 for Clinical Director or Relevant Certificate Holder.
