Job Title: Skilled Production Operative
Contract Details: Ongoing Temporary Assignment - Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
Pay Rate: Starting from £12.05 per hour, rising to £12.55 after a 12-week qualifying period (Weekly Pay)

Responsibilities:
* Setting up machines and performing changeovers according to production requirements.
* Following the production schedule and internal system to meet daily targets.
* Setting up product print as per manufacturing specifications.
* Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Reporting any accidents or health & safety concerns promptly.
* Performing all production-related tasks to maintain high-quality finished goods.
* Identifying and reporting any issues that may pose a risk to food safety.
* Recommending improvements to the Shift Production Manager and implementing accepted changes.
* Maintaining accurate and timely operational documentation.
* Meeting departmental goals and quality targets.
* Providing quality products and services that meet customer requirements.
* Monitoring processes and addressing non-conformance.
* Proactively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Undertaking relevant training as required.
Minimum Requirements: Experience working in a production environment, including setting up and operating production lines. Reliability, self-motivation, drive, and commitment. Flexibility and resilience to undertake additional tasks as directed. High personal and professional standards. Technical certifications or relevant qualifications in production operations.
Technologies: Familiarity with machines and equipment used in production processes.
