As a Delivery Projects Manager, your role is focused on the successful management of our delivery projects and programmes, enabling students to achieve their career outcomes through a world class programme journey — in a new category of education that brings alignment between industry and higher education. As a Delivery Projects Manager, you will support the Head of Delivery to oversee and support the programme teams and various ongoing programmes and projects across the delivery team. There are a number of largescale projects that need finalising in the first half of 2025 and this role will support the roll out and completion of these projects in order to get impact to our learners and continuously improve our OKR & metrics. This role is a managerial role that is responsible for the operational delivery of a world class student experience through working closely with the wider Delivery Management Team, Success Management Team and in particular the Manager of the SX Team. Programme and Delivery Experience Developing and implementing high quality, timely and efficient processes to ensure successful operational delivery of programmes; Oversee and manage the supporting teams, including programme coordinators, facilitators and Industry Mentors; Act as the escalation point for complex programme challenges to resolve problems and ensure a smooth journey and successful learner outcomes; Work closely with the Manager of the SX Team to ensure that the learner support for your programmes is delivering excellent results; Coordinating expert facilitators and industry mentors overseeing the administrative delivery of courses to ensure a successful student experience and outcomes; Supporting the recruitment of expert facilitators, managing their onboarding, course delivery responsibilities and overall experience to drive facilitator retention; Stakeholder Liaison (internal and external) Working effectively across internal teams and external partnerships to drive collective success; Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders so as to maximise overall relationship success and drive partnership retention and growth; Work closely with education partners to understand the critical enablers of their success to inform continuous improvement efforts of FourthRev; Liaise with various partner stakeholders to swiftly resolve any issues; Represent the voice of the programme and partners in various organisational meetings, planning sessions and other activities. Projects, Systems, Operations Utilise student, facilitator and partner queries to build organisational systems, processes and other assets which can be utilised on an ongoing basis as the organisation grows; Analysing course data and related metrics to make recommendations for operational improvements; Lead a portfolio of projects across the delivery space; providing regular updates on progress and demonstrating impact of completed works Providing regular comms and engagement with DMT and wider delivery team when rolling out projects Requirements What you’ll need to succeed (personal attributes & experience requirements) You may have a background in course management and/or the delivery of student services working directly with learners within a higher education setting. Key personal attributes and experiences should include: Strong analytical thinking and data driven decision-making capabilities Champion evidence driven student experience and success strategies to improve key metrics Managerial experience in higher education related to programme delivery ideally in online/remote learning settings Significant experience in problem solving with support teams Ability to balance delivering an incredible student experience while working within a fast paced commercial setting Ability to identify, prioritise, and manage risk Sensitivity and empathetic understanding of diversity (students, peers, clients) The ability to lead through ambiguity with a focus on ‘how we can’ Expertise in community management, service design, and delivery and ops of higher education programmes Experience in managing student mentoring, coaching, and student success programmes
