Ideal Candidates: Experience: Previous experience with SEN or vulnerable groups is a bonus but not essential. Backgrounds Welcomed: Teaching Assistants, support workers, care workers, sports coaches, graduates, and others who are passionate about education. Key Traits: Motivated, passionate, and able to inspire and engage young learners. Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils, fostering engagement and confidence. Assist teachers with classroom management and SEN-focused activities. Act as a positive role model to motivate and inspire young people.
