We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team at a Primary School in Winchester, which caters for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all our students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with additional needs in their learning and development.
* Assist in delivering tailored educational plans to meet individual needs.
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning experience.
* Encourage independence and promote self-confidence in pupils.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children with SEND (Essential).
* Previous experience within an educational setting (Desirable but not essential).
* Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a passion for supporting children’s learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
