BMS Engineer – Up to £65K – London (Permanent Role)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BMS Engineer to join our growing team. This is a London-based, externally facing role, providing customer support, onsite assistance, and technical feedback to our product development team. The Role for the BMS Engineer:
• Customer support: Assist with project design stages and provide onsite technical support.
• Technical expertise: Work with our inbuilt Siemens controller (BACnet over IP or MSTP) and provide feedback on product development.
• Documentation & training: Update training materials, write detailed site reports, and support BMS integration.
• Troubleshooting & improvements: Diagnose BMS control system issues and suggest enhancements for product evolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Sales, After Sales, Technical, Fulfilment, Marketing, and Operations.

About You:
Essential Experience for the BMS Engineer:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BMS controls, automation, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in BMS control system issues.
• Understanding of UK electrical regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with BMS manufacturers’ hardware and software (Trend, Tridium, Distech, Struxureware).
• Siemens expertise, including ABT site software and controllers (DXR2-E09, M09, DXR2-E18, DXR2-M18).
• Previous experience working with a Siemens Value Added Partner.
• Ability to provide remote and onsite technical support.
Desirable Skills for the BMS Engineer:
• Basic electrical CAD skills and a Valid CSCS Card
• Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of firmware/software version control.
Key Competencies for the BMS Engineer:
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to write and assess technical manuals.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
