Our Aspris Estates Team looks after some 100 properties, encompassing large schools, residential homes, and offices. And we're looking to add to our busy team!
We are recruiting for a part-time Estates Operations Assistant to join our thriving team, someone who is an enthusiastic and diligent multi-tasker who will help manage a range of activity such as property leases, disposals, administration, and some basic finance functions.
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who wishes to work limited hours but on a flexible basis.
The role:
1. Work under the supervision of the Head of Estates Operations
2. Help manage the company property portfolio, including acquisitions, leases, closures and disposals
3. Oversee the administration related to facilities management support to vacant sites
4. Maintain the database of empty sites
5. Maintain the database of leases
6. Assist with the process to manage rebates on Council Tax & Business Rates
7. Help in the process to search for new sites
8. Collate team monthly timesheets
9. Raise fund requests and purchase orders for suppliers and receipt invoices
10. Provide basic budget management support to the team
11. Undertake team administrative tasks
12. Assist team projects as required
13. Contribute to wider Estates Team tasks as directed by the Director of Estates
