The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure that administrative support to the company is delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities for the Administrative assistant: Taking initial enquiries from customers, providing quotations and ensuring timely and accurate responses. Inputting invoices and payments Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, and coordinating events and conferences. Providing administrative support to team members and departments.
