As a business, we are growing rapidly and evolving at pace, but our values remain constant. We thrive on collaboration, creativity, and a deep commitment to excellence. Our environment is fast-moving, international, and highly dynamic, and we are looking for people who share our ambition and our drive to make an impact.
The Opportunity:
As Finance Director, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and commercial success in a multi-revenue, multi-currency environment. This is a newly created role, reflecting our growth and the need for expert financial leadership to support the next phase of our journey.
This is not just a reporting role; it is a hands-on, commercially focused position for someone who wants to embed themselves in the business, driving financial strategy and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity, oversee international transactions, and support strategic decision-making across our global operations.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
* Leading and developing a high-performing finance team, ensuring efficiency and professional growth.
* Overseeing financial operations, including multi-currency transactions, international VAT and treasury management.
* Ensuring tax compliance and working with external advisors to optimise efficiency.
* Providing strategic financial insight and commercial support to senior leadership.
* Managing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and cash flow.
* Implementing strong financial controls, policies and risk management.
* Leading internal and external audit processes.
* Managing acquisitions and integrations of multiple companies.
* Overseeing multiple revenue streams, ensuring accurate billing and profitability analysis.
* Ensuring compliance with UK, US and international financial regulations.
* Staying ahead of regulatory changes and ensuring smooth implementation.
The Person:
We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially astute Finance Director who is excited by the challenges and opportunities of working in a fast-growing, international environment. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with extensive post-qualification experience and a proven track record as a Finance Director in a fast-growing, international business. You will have strong technical accounting expertise, including financial reporting, tax compliance, risk management and audit processes, with a deep understanding of UK and international tax legislation.
The successful candidate will be commercially minded with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of managing complex revenue models and multi-currency treasury operations. Experience in financial due diligence, acquisitions and post-merger integration is essential, along with the ability to provide strategic insight to senior leadership.
A hands-on, proactive approach is key, as is the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
Experience in media, entertainment, or creative industries would be an advantage, but above all, we are looking for someone with the energy, expertise, and leadership skills to help shape DDA’s financial future.
Why join us?
In return we are offering a competitive salary of £130,000 - £150,000 per annum depending on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, pension scheme and more.
If this role speaks to your experience and ambition, we’d love to hear from you. Early applications are encouraged – we may close the process ahead of schedule if we receive a high volume of interest.
Closing date for applications will be Monday 31st March.
First stage interviews will take place during week commencing 14th April.
