Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic team at a well-established technical services company. Key Responsibilities
* Managing data entry and maintenance in their ERP system
* Processing customer orders, preparing quotes, and issuing invoices
* Handling service and maintenance cases
* Managing RMA processes (returns, repairs, and warranty claims)
* Providing comprehensive customer support and query resolution
* Supporting field engineers and contracts team
* Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory management
* Contributing to system improvements and data accuracy
What You'll Do
* Answer incoming calls and provide first-line support
* Process sales orders from contract managers
* Create quotes and handle order acknowledgements
* Work collaboratively with various departments including Systems Manager, Stores team, Account Managers, and Contract Engineers
* Assist with stock management and inventory precision
* Provide coverage for team members during absences
