Would you like to work on site for a busy construction business? Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for our client based in Manchester City Centre. This role will be based on site.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing the site office
2. Coordinating new staff inductions
3. Updating staff details on the database
4. Ordering PPE and other office consumables
5. Managing meeting room diaries
6. Filing
7. Assist with document control
8. Preparing correspondence
9. Dealing with invoices
10. Ensure health and safety certificates are up to date
11. Liaising with Head Office
12. Any other admin as required
Applicants will ideally have previous experience in a construction environment, or a fast paced busy administrative role, strong IT skills and be able to work on their own initiative and with minimal supervision. You should also be able to demonstrate experience working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Salary: Circa £26, depending on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
