Working closely with project managers, you'll be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. You’ll oversee critical administrative tasks such as procurement supervision, client reporting, and tracking project performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Regular travel to various project sites will be required, with flexibility for hybrid working.
We provide water efficiency solutions for the domestic, commercial, and agritech sectors. Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow’ water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels. In 2023, we launched a consumer offering to sell and install our products directly to homes across the UK, helping homeowners save an average of £380 per year on water and heating.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client reports and internal reports.
* Liaising with the Resource Manager to plan project resources across your allocated project(s).
* Managing client relationships, composing professional and accurate correspondence, and attending regular client calls to discuss project delivery progress.
* Dealing with customer and client queries.
* Liaising with labour/installation teams and plumbing supervisors allocated to your projects to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery of multiple projects.
* Flag any project risks/issues to Project/Programme Manager.
* Ensuring required Water Savings on your allocated project(s) are continuously updated and aim to keep within the expected figures.
* Project planning and implementation of water efficiency projects.
* Defining a project's scope and goals.
* Planning and scheduling project timelines.
* Managing CRM reports and daily installer performance.
* Quality assurance.
* Regularly reporting to Project Manager and wider Operation Team.
* Tracking project performance across your allocated project(s).
* Arranging site visits when considered necessary for your allocated project(s).
* Attend weekly team meetings with the operations team to understand project progress/performance and any key risks/issues.
* Ensuring legislation is adhered to including Health and Safety and Data Protection on projects in the department.
* Stock Management.
* Assist with invoicing.
* Review and approve Subcontractor/agency invoices.
Minimum Requirements:
* Full Clean UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Working knowledge of project management software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with project managers, contractors, water companies, and stakeholders.
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills to handle logistical and technical challenges.
* Experience with change management, adapting to evolving project conditions.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, resources, and timelines.
