As a Finance FP&A Graduate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. You will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, contributing to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the business. Application Deadline: 17th April 2025 Assessment Day: 30th April 2025, in Leeds What you’ll do Financial Planning and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budget and monthly forecasts. Support the development and maintenance of financial models. Contribute to variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management. Data Management and Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyse financial data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Use financial systems and tools to generate reports and insights. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing financial processes and procedures. Assist in the implementation of process improvements. General Support: Provide support to the FP&A team on various projects and initiatives. Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes. What experience you need A predicted or achieved 2:1 or above in a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degree. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong numerical and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong work ethic and a proactive approach. A strong desire to learn and develop within a finance environment. What could set you apart Experience with financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of accounting principles.
