Tasks
* To provide landscape design and landscape management services.
* To prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations.
* To liaise directly with clients and to take clients’ instructions.
* To undertake site survey and analysis work.
* To undertake landscape design work as instructed by clients and senior members of staff.
* To present design ideas to clients, planning officers or other interested parties as instructed.
* To undertake LVIA and ZTV work and prepare relevant reports for inclusion in Environmental Statements.
* Use of GIS software essential
* To prepare reports or other supplementary information in support design work.
* To prepare landscape management plans.
* To prepare Specifications, and Contract Drawings and to administer contracts for the implementation of landscape works as directed.
* To promote the Company and to market the Company’s services.
* Maintain a programme of CPD.
* To undertake general office administrative duties and office housekeeping as directed
* To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested.
Requirements
* Degree and/or Masters in Landscape Architecture
* Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards Chartership.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in the public or private sector
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
* Team player
* Full driving licence and use of own car
