A fast-paced and busy company based in St Albans are looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join their team.
You will have a solid Finance background and bring with you drive and energy to work within a varied and busy team.
Car drivers are required for this role due to the location of the office.

Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day-to-day tasks within the finance department
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
* Recording financial transactions in accounting systems
* Maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers
* Reconciling bank statements with company accounts
* Supporting the monitoring of budgets and forecasting expenditure
* Identifying and reporting budget discrepancies
What the employer is looking for:
3-5 years+ experience in an accounts or finance role
Degree educated
Experience of working with Sage 50 Accounts
Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment
Able work with people at all levels
Proactive and able to work on your own initiative
Highly numerate and organised
