In this role successful applicants will be working to improve upon and keep fresh the on boarding process for new staff and help produce vital management information for key decisions made by the Senior leadership team. You will help to create and maintain useful tools for the function to increase core capabilities and have the opportunity to develop in several areas such as; functional commercial knowledge and awareness, management information skills, assurance and governance skills and recruitment. You will be joining a team with diverse work streams and will be required to lean into each of these areas.
