Position: SEN TA's / SEN LSA's

Employment Type: Full Time Long Term (LT) to start as soon as possible

About the Role:
Are you dedicated to making a positive impact in education? We are seeking compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support to students in both primary schools and secondary schools. This role involves working closely with individual students to support their learning, development and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored 1:1 support to students, helping them with their academic work and personal development.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Help students to understand and complete tasks, providing additional guidance and encouragement as needed.
Support students with special educational needs or learning difficulties, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, building strong relationships with students and staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
Ability to adapt to the varying needs of individual students and respond to different learning styles.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage time effectively.
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
