The Opportunity: Being a Student Ambassador is a great way to get involved with the University, have fun and gain valuable skills. You’re also helping prospective students learn why the University of Edinburgh is a great place to study. Ambassadors will have opportunities to represent the University, their School and the student body to internal and external audiences. The work is always varied but will primarily involve opportunities for peer-to-peer text chat, social media content creation, online student panels and online events. Ambassadors will receive specific training to support the activity that is expected of them. The work is also flexible around your studies – there are no set hours per week or month. Whilst this work cannot offer a frequent income, it does offer valuable work experience and transferable skills.
